These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Crypto Addict ("we", "us", or "our"), a physical over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency exchange operating in Beirut, Lebanon. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Our Services

Crypto Addict provides a physical, face-to-face cryptocurrency exchange service. We facilitate the buying and selling of digital assets including, but not limited to, USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum, in exchange for cash, Whish Money, and OMT transfers.

2. Not Financial Advice

Crypto Addict is an exchange service, not a financial advisor, investment firm, or broker. Nothing we communicate — verbally, in writing, or on this website — constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Pricing and Transaction Finality

Exchange rates are quoted at the time of each transaction and are subject to change without notice. Once a price is agreed upon and a transaction is completed, it is final and binding. We are not liable for any price movements in cryptocurrency markets after a transaction has been completed.

All transactions are final. No refunds are offered once cryptocurrency or cash has changed hands.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (USD and Lebanese Pound)
• Whish Money
• OMT

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, at any time, and for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally permitted to buy and sell cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
• The funds you use are from a legitimate source
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Addict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to losses resulting from cryptocurrency market fluctuations, failed transfers, or third-party payment platform issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
